Return Policy
At SimpleModern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review our Return Policy below for more details on how to return your item.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You can return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom items.
- Products that have been used or damaged.
- Gift cards.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team at support@simplemodern.my or call us at +1 (901) 684-3525 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) with all original packaging and include your RMA number. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees. If the item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be denied.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@simplemodern.my. We will resolve the issue by either offering a replacement, repairing the item, or issuing a full refund. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Lost or Stolen Items
SimpleModern is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during the return shipping process. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
7. International Returns
Currently, we do not accept returns for international orders. If you are located outside the United States, please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before placing your order. For any specific questions or concerns about international orders, please contact our customer service team.
